Heads of Ayr closes during the month of February and is open 11 months of the year.
We don’t have a restaurant on site. However, we are only a 5 minute drive from Ayr Town where there is a great selection of bars and restaurants.
Yes, we have a shop on site that sells a selection of everyday essentials. Along with a range of food, drink and freshly baked goods during the summer season.
Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 12 noon. If you are going to arrive later than 7pm, please get in touch to make arrangements.
Yes, wifi is available throughout the park and is suitable for light usage (emails, web browsing etc).
Full payment for your touring or campervan pitch is payable on booking.
Yes, please add this to your booking or advise us on check in. Awnings are £3 per night.
Absolutely, the park is dog friendly. We don’t charge extra for dogs.
When booking direct we can always ensure the best customer experience before and during your stay. Our check in and check out times are often more favourable if you book direct.
Yes, our chemical toilet waste disposal sometimes referred to as an Elsan point is centrally located within the park. Our park is on septic tanks and therefore we ask that only Green/Organic chemicals be used whilst onsite. If you don’t have any with you we sell it in our shop. Please note this facility is only available to those staying overnight.
Our nightly price includes your pitch and up to 2 adults. Additional adults and children are extra.
Bottled gas is available locally from retailers such as:
