Location: Heads of Ayr Holiday Park, Ayr, South Ayrshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: avg 41hrs per week (Saturday mornings required during peak season on a rota basis)

Join the friendly and growing team at Heads of Ayr Holiday Park – one of Ayrshire’s most scenic holiday destinations. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Grounds & Maintenance Operative to help keep our park looking its best all year round.
What You’ll Do:
– Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, and joinery tasks
– Maintain park grounds: grass cutting, hedge trimming, and garden care
– Support with siting and de-siting caravans and lodges
– Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance
– Perform hot tub checks and ensure safety standards
– Maintain park buildings and communal areas
– Work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or landscaping
– Ability to use mowers, tow vehicles, and operate tractors
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Strong communication and safe working practices
– Full UK driving licence (required)
– Experience in a holiday park or hospitality setting is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided
– A trade is preferred but not essential
